1. Service Description

APEX AI provides AI-assisted tools for social platform operations, including account authorization, content planning, publishing workflows, comment management, media organization, and analytics support for users' own authorized assets.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have the legal right and platform permission to connect and manage any Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other asset you authorize.
• You are responsible for content you create, approve, publish, or manage through the service.
• You must not use APEX AI for spam, deception, harassment, infringement, illegal activity, or violation of platform policies.
• You must keep your login credentials and workspace access secure.

3. AI-Assisted Output

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for some contexts. Users should review and approve important content before publishing or using it externally. APEX AI may provide drafting and recommendation tools, but users remain responsible for final decisions.

4. Platform Integrations

Facebook and Instagram integrations depend on Meta APIs, user permissions, account status, and platform policies. Features may change if Meta changes API capabilities, review requirements, permissions, rate limits, or policies.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APEX AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or platform access arising from use of the service.
